Blue to bluish-purple color extraction from hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis) and cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) flowers involves isolating natural pigments such as anthocyanins and flavonoids responsible for their vibrant hues. The process starts with harvesting fresh flowers, followed by careful cleaning and drying to preserve pigment quality. The dried flowers are ground into fine powder to increase extraction efficiency.
